Free shipping on every order
Shipping is free on all orders to the United States. There is no minimum order amount.
Where your order ships from
DecoShelf works with partner suppliers and warehouses, most of which are located in China. Your order ships directly from our supplier to you. Because of this, delivery takes longer than a typical US retailer, and items in the same order may arrive in separate packages.
How long delivery takes
- Order processing: 1-3 business days. This is the time it takes us to confirm your order and send it to our supplier.
- Shipping time: 5-12 business days after your order ships.
- Total delivery time: most orders arrive within 7-15 business days of purchase.
Occasionally, orders may take up to 20 business days due to carrier delays, customs, weather, or holiday periods. Orders placed from mid-November through December may take longer than usual.
Tracking your order
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking may take 2-4 business days to show updates after it's first issued.
Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.
Customs and duties
Orders to US addresses do not require you to pay additional customs fees or duties.
Lost or late packages
If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of purchase, or tracking shows no movement for 10 days, email us at mudskipperfive@gmail.com with your order number. We'll investigate with the carrier and send a replacement or a full refund if the package is lost.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Contact us within 12 hours of ordering to change an address. We can't redirect packages after they've shipped.
