How long does shipping take?
Most orders arrive within 7-15 business days. That includes 1-3 business days to process your order and 5-12 business days in transit. During busy periods some orders can take up to 20 business days. See our Shipping Policy for details.
Is shipping really free?
Yes. Shipping is free on every order to the United States, with no minimum.
Where do your products ship from?
Our products ship directly from partner suppliers and warehouses, most of which are located in China. That's how we keep prices low, and it's why delivery takes a little longer than big US retailers.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. You'll get an email with tracking once your order ships. It can take 2-4 business days for tracking to show updates.
What if my order never arrives?
If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of purchase, email us with your order number. We'll send a replacement or a full refund.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Request a refund within 30 days of delivery and you don't need to send the item back. Just email us with your order number. See our Return & Refund Policy.

My order arrived in more than one package. Is that normal?
Yes. Items in the same order may ship separately from different suppliers.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll do our best. Once an order ships, we can't change it.
Do you charge customs fees?
No. Orders to US addresses don't require any extra customs fees or duties.
